Our client has a critical task of onboarding and developing its field organization. This frontline team is responsible for consulting with retailers and driving performance. This challenge is unique: most are entering the role as new college graduates with little real-world experience.
The transition window is short. In just a few weeks, these hires must move from onboarding into pivotal, customer-facing roles they are expected to understand. The role must deliver on both corporate priorities and retailer operational proficiency and profitability. Success demands a program that not only accelerates fluency but also prepares graduates to step confidently into positions of influence – rapidly.
For more than two decades, we have partnered with our client to design and deliver the onboarding and professional development curriculum for its field organization. Our team of instructional design experts has continually adapted the program to keep pace with organizational change — including multiple field reorganizations and evolving role definitions. The academy currently supports nine different roles, with custom curriculum for each.
The solution is an expansive blended curriculum that integrates:
- Live workshops and virtual sessions to build foundational skills and knowledge
- Job resources and job aids to support day-to-day performance
- A centralized portal for accessing, tracking, and managing curriculum progress
- On-the-job coaching to guide the transition into the role and provide ongoing development

Our client created an industry-exclusive eCommerce website where businesses can conveniently purchase high-quality, experienced OEM parts at affordable prices. Using proprietary software, every part in a vehicle can be cataloged down to the part number or even the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). As a new company with a distinct value proposition, they needed to be able to generate awareness and drive traffic to their website. Few businesses even knew they existed.
Alteris developed a comprehensive, cost-effective media plan targeting customer segments with the greatest reach and potential for sales. These customers were key to amplifying awareness and becoming advocates of the new brand.
We created and implemented a multi-faceted media blitz including:

With a growing EV portfolio, our client needed to certify retailers on EV readiness — including tools, training, and facilities.
No existing system could track complex requirements or guide readiness progress across the network. Field teams needed a way to assess, report, and monitor at scale — while corporate leaders required real-time visibility to keep the rollout on schedule.
We developed a custom platform to guide field inspections, deliver instant reporting, and track each retailer's path to certification.
Behind the scenes, a sophisticated scoring engine handled both binary pass / fail requirements and weighted performance inputs — producing a tiered readiness status used for internal recognition and market-facing branding. The platform produced individual-level action plans for dealerships and field use — and reporting that corporate teams used for real-time decision-making during rollout.
