How do we create solutions that fit?
By building a culture that fits people.
For me, building a culture that fits is about valuing people in ways that make them feel connected, supported, and free to have fun while they work hard. It’s that sense of team unity that drives great work.

Our culture starts with one simple, human truth: We value people.
Everything — how we work together, serve our clients, design solutions, and engage with our community — flows from that single belief.
Alteris Group started small, more than 20 years ago. Today, we’re a team of 120 talented professionals — a strong, multi-disciplined team built with intention, to handle full-scale execution, from strategy through delivery.
From our headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, to our digital hub in Windsor, Ontario, we collaborate across disciplines and borders to deliver results for clients. We believe in doing work in-house — and we've invested in people talent across a wide range of expertise to do that. As one integrated team, we move faster, work more closely together, and make better solutions.

Here, the table is more than furniture — it’s a symbol of AG culture. It’s where ideas are sparked, meals are shared, and relationships grow. Whether it’s a casual lunch with colleagues or one of our signature gatherings, good things happen when we come together around a table.
Our AG monthly calendar is always eventful. Potlucks. Wellness activities. Learning sessions. All of these planned events put us around the table together and reflect AG’s care for our team.

Just as our culture grew around the table, our commitment to care grew from the place we call home. We’re proud to be part of the community that shaped us. We show that pride by giving back in ways that matter locally.
Our team supports causes throughout the year, from school supply drives and toy collections for children’s hospitals, to employee-led campaigns that rally incredible generosity. At holiday time, we skip the gift baskets for something more meaningful — to our clients and to us. We make a donation in their honor to a local charity they choose, because every community can use more care. It's one more way we value the people and the place that made us.
