We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager for our Southfield, Michigan, office, who will take on the day-to-day oversight of client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.
- Serve as the primary contact with the client on specific projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Manage the project team through all phases of the project, including changes to the project scope, project schedule, project costs and invoicing
- Manage a detailed project timeline, track progress, monitor project performance and drive results
- Oversee trafficking and communication of project details to the internal team
- Oversee monthly budget/margin management and monthly invoicing (forecast)
- Involved in asset collection and content management
- Analyze and review content to meet the client’s expectations
- Assist with new business budgeting and SOW/scope, including carryover projects, and support organic business development
- Provide support to internal teams and schedule debrief meetings
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Assess risk management to minimize project risks
- Involved in year-end accrual preparation
- Responsible for client billing, reporting and meeting compliance requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and report and escalate to management as needed

This position is hybrid.
We're looking for a Technical Software Writer to join a highly collaborative and supportive agile team working on an established, evolving software platform used by automotive dealerships for online service scheduling. This isn't just about maintaining documents; it's about becoming a subject matter expert on a critical platform. You'll play a key role in keeping our training/installation documentation (manuals and guides) accurate and up-to-date with frequent software releases (typically every 2-4 weeks).
- Work with product owners and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand new features and changes.
- Access the platform to validate functionality and user workflows that are being written.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training/installation guides and user manuals for dealership staff and stakeholders, ranging from beginners to expert users.
- Manage documentation updates in alignment with project timelines.
- Proactively identify documentation needs and become a go-to resource for platform knowledge.
- Proven experience in technical writing or software documentation.
- A natural aptitude for quickly understanding and documenting software functionality based on notes and feedback provided by the client team.
- Ability to take technical information and make it understandable for users at the dealership, while also ensuring that it is clear, concise, and accurate
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent documentation updates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, providing clear edits/markups in Adobe Acrobat for graphic designers
- Comfortability with using and navigating a microsite for making content updates
- Strong skills for conducting research and SME interviews for discovery purposes.
- Bonus Points: Familiarity with the automotive dealership industry or service operations, and experience with enterprise agile tools like Jira or Rally.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will be to support our team with project management of content and delivery of onsite workshops for the client. The workshop will be held on-site at the client's location once a month, and the remaining days will be hybrid at our office in Southfield.
- Create internal project briefs, timelines using Microsoft Planner (internal and external)
- Ensure content design and/or modifications fits within designed scope and budget requirements
- Maintain weekly internal and client status documents for all supporting projects
- Follow overall account guidelines (look and feel, surveys, verbiage, etc.) as directed by Program Lead to ensure consistent delivery across all projects
- Schedule and lead internal kick off meetings
- Schedule and lead client kick off meetings
- Work collaboratively with your account team, instructional designers, art directors, producers, etc to ensure a smooth and successful project
- Coordinate food and beverage, activities, group dinners and transportation for your workshops within project budget
- Identify, order and pack supplies for all onsite events
- Work with production team to source and identify onsite support and equipment needs
- Schedule and lead production walkthrough meetings with support team members (internal)
- PM all aspects of content development from design through delivery and evaluation
- Work with assigned program coaches, PM team members and Program Lead to align schedules
- Prepare for and moderate train-the-trainer session(s) with assigned coaches
- Prepare for and facilitate client review meetings
- Coordinate, schedule and obtain content from Business Owners and SMEs
- Create workshop surveys in Survey Monkey and complete post workshop report out/evaluation summary
- Schedule and host debrief meetings (internal, coaches and clients)
Lead and support Onsite workshops in Dearborn/Allen park (up to 10 per year, M-F, 7:30am – 6pm)
