We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager for our Southfield, Michigan, office, who will take on the day-to-day oversight of client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.
- Serve as the primary contact with the client on specific projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Manage the project team through all phases of the project, including changes to the project scope, project schedule, project costs and invoicing
- Manage a detailed project timeline, track progress, monitor project performance and drive results
- Oversee trafficking and communication of project details to the internal team
- Oversee monthly budget/margin management and monthly invoicing (forecast)
- Involved in asset collection and content management
- Analyze and review content to meet the client’s expectations
- Assist with new business budgeting and SOW/scope, including carryover projects, and support organic business development
- Provide support to internal teams and schedule debrief meetings
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Assess risk management to minimize project risks
- Involved in year-end accrual preparation
- Responsible for client billing, reporting and meeting compliance requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and report and escalate to management as needed

This position is hybrid.
We are looking for a Sr. Learning Experience Designer at Alteris Group. The Sr. Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for tasks such as applying design thinking principles, instructional design and learner engagement techniques. This hybrid role is full-time (contract/contract-to-hire) and based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.
- Supports Account and Project Management teams to clarify clients’ business requirements and manage client expectations
- Develops curricula to meet clients’ long-term business needs
- Facilitates planning sessions involving clients, subject matter experts, and/or Alteris personnel, as needed, to finalize learning design, define learning deliverables
- Designs learning experiences, including on demand, in-person, virtual and blended learning
- Designs and develops learning deliverables, such as, storyboards, facilitator and participant materials, and evaluation materials
- Plans and leads Train-the-Trainer sessions
- Develops evaluation and sustainment strategies
- Designs and develops performance support resources, such as, job aids, reference guides, and manager sustainment guides
- Coaches facilitators to deliver the learning experience as designed
- Instructional Design expertise
- Experience in applying Design Thinking methods
- Experience in creating custom learning solutions

- Maintains stewardship of client's look, tone, and feel
- Art direction of assets, including image and footage selection, working collaboratively with other team members

- Proficient in designing in PowerPoint and Word
- Skilled in art techniques and is computer proficient
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong time management skills
- Able to juggle multiple projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality, error-free output
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with creative agencies / professional services
- Direct marketing and digital experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor‘s degree in Graphic Design
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge in the latest trends of AI, HTML, Webflow, and AR is a big plus
- Adobe After Effects and HTML experience is a plus
