Learning activities are only effective if they engage participant interest by relating to issues that matter to them, are grounded in the realities of the job experience, and assist participants in immediately applying learning to the work place. Alteris Group has a long-standing history of designing accelerated learning activities that meet these criteria.

We know that participants have individual learning styles, so our design strategies accommodate varying learning styles. We never introduce a concept using only one communication channel.

Our instructional designers understand the crucial role that performance objectives play in developing effective training. They faithfully align learning activities to assure participant accomplishment of those objectives.

The bottom line, training must be directly applicable to the job, and articulated and experienced in ways that make that application obvious to the participant. Our training designs and materials are all created from that point of view – direct, practical (and enjoyable) application!
